No this speedhack actually makes you run faster and is server-sided.

By that I mean people actually see you running faster than normal, ans they actually see your knife swinging fast, and they actually see and hear your bullets flying out of your gun.

BUT darkbytes is client sided i tested with a friend i was on 14 speed and i was knifing and he saw it normal but could hear how fast i was going or....

I tested as well with a friend and he said that he could see me running fast and hear it, and feel the damage but the bullets and knife looked normal.
