    I just did this as well and it was super easy.

    I had that rep that @overwhelmed owl had, Karina, and she kept annoying me and telling me to update my iPhone (i refuse to get iOS 11) so I just kept creating new chats until I got a different rep because she kept appearing.
    Had faked an invoice just in case; make sure when you do it it's over 30 days of purchase because with one rep he told me that the site that shall not be named will replace it for me since I was still under their warranty.
    So then I faked another invoice for a November date, just in case, again.
    But then the last rep I got didn't ask for proof of purchase, I just had to follow his steps and eventually he said troubleshooting won't help and asked for my details for a replacement.

    These guys are just as easy to SE as Trackr. Hit them both today and will be getting a 5 pack from Trackr and a 4 pack from Tile.

    Worked super easy for me, the sent me a Tile Sport and a return label.

    Plan on ignoring it, any reason I should not? Should I worry about them contacting me?

    Works like a charm didn't ask questions, after I "failed" at doing the troubleshooting he said he would send me my replacement, got the replacement in less than a week.
