Yes, as long as you make everything in your save file look legit. Note that you aren't reinstalling the whole game, just a very small part (the files that get replaced with the EAC Bypass). It should take you less than 2 minutes to re-download.

You most likely haven't used Freddy yet, or spent anything on him. Just open up the game, select Freddy, then purchase one thing from the bloodweb. Extract your save, and he should be there.

1. No you don't have to use the offline bypass. I haven't used it in a while and have yet to be banned for modifying my save.
2. Once you are done editing, and save the modified savefile over the cloudsave.txt file. You go back to Cloud Extract (which you should have kept open), click 1 then enter. It will re-inject your save. Make sure the cloudsave.txt file is in the same location where Cloud Extract is, otherwise it won't inject.
3. As long as you have everything closed and no hacking program open, you should be fine without a bypass (you do need it when modifying your save).

If you're asking if you can add a teachable to unlock it, then yes. Just make sure to only give the teachable item to the character who mainly has it (example: only give the Sprint Burst teachable to Meg), and make sure that the character is at least above the level of when that teachable normally becomes unlocked. Then you should be good.

Thank you so so so so much!
I leveled my characters up, and got myself some teachables.
I don't really use killer, so I thought it would be funny if I got 5 iridescent heads, 5 infantry belts, and 5 ebony memento moris my huntrsss, and then 5 fragrant tuft of hair, and 5 Judith's tombstone as the Shape.
(Also leveled a few killers and added some teachables just to give them some good perks.)
