Can working out make hands less shaky?

It's been 3 days since I worked out at the gym, and since then I have been for seeing that the hands that normally shake no matter of the situation gone away, can working out cause any relevant effect? Why am I asking such a dumbass question? Well, 1) due to disability that I have been medically diagnosed with, has given me shaky hands, especially when I am picking up a delivery, shopping (as in when I have to input four numbers to buy things with my credit card), or write a signature on anything, and playing video games normally give me shaky hands, and since working out, it has sort of disappeared, so does working out affect that or is it because of the fact that my arms are killing me?

I did try to google it, but it gave me wrong results.

This could be so many things and since I don't know the nature of your disability and I have no medical experience whatsoever, I'm just gonna spit some bro-science to up my post count.

    a) Maybe working out strengthened the muscles around the area you had the disability in therefore reducing the shaking. This is pretty unlikely though since 3 days isn't enough to see that effect.
    b) Maybe working out stimulated growth of new neural pathways and improved older ones thus counteracting the effect your disability had on your hands. This is again not that likely imo though since it's only been 3 days.
    c) The most likely thing imo is either placebo or just you being so tired/sore that you don't notice the hand shaking.

Exercise is great and fixes alot of problems caused by living a sedentary lifestyle, but 3 days just isn't enough time to see these effects tbh... Keep working out though lol

You could always just stop smoking crack and the shakes will go away.

Have you been drinking alot of energy drinks or coffee? And do you use nicotine? As far as I know working out got nothing to do with making hands less shaky

While trolls being trolls, I do not smoke, drink any energy drinks or coffee, i've had the hand shake since the birth, I have no idea how it has anything to do with the 3.

Yeah, it seems like it's hella less from what I've experienced since Monday, especially when I was shopping today, was trying to pay for the 1.5 L coke, and while I was having a "hard" time picking the money from the cent locker, none of the times my hand shaked, which makes me be extremely happy.

Well that's amazing to hear that the shakyness stopped and yes it could be due to your newly increased physical activity and this brings more reasons as to why you should continue and use this as motivation to go further in your fitness journey.. I'm sure it'll only get better from here onwards. Good luck with your fitness goals

It might... I have problem in my sinus where my nose is runny all the time (been like that for years). Since I started working out, that's gone away. So maybe it was the gym. if it works, don't question it, just keep going with it.
I barely use MPGH IM, Send me a private message to reach me faster!
