ok here's what happened
the guy called Hollister for a refund.They told him they gonna investigate the matter.
on few days I was traveling to the US. Thus, I needed the refund to use that money during my trip, also I got an email from Hollister saying that
We are extremely sorry to hear that you are unable to locate your order. In our records we see that FedEx delivered your package on Monday 1/20/2020 at 2:13 pm. Once a package is given to the shipping company from our distribution center we are no longer responsible for packages lost or stolen from your property.
If you believe your package was taken from your property, please contact your local authorities. If you desire specific information regarding your order tracking, please contact FedEx directly so they can open an investigation into your package�s delivery status. For reimbursement assistance, please contact your financial institution.
Same day evening I spoke again to hollister through chat support, told them I'm not from the US and I've already left the country so there is no chance to communicate with Fedex not Local Authority, Then rep agreed to make one time exception and refunded my order.
In the meantime, the refunder checked the order status using the info I gave to him, and he found that all items were marked as returned, So he spoke to me asking for payment.
I can give proofs but they contain personal data, so if needed, will send them in DM to Admins.

the problem with those screenshots is that we cannot confirm that it was you who spoke to them, it could all be the refunder that contacted them
you said you called them, do you have some proof of it in your calling history maybe?

I don't have what confirms that I spoke to them because I thought I would never use it again, Thus, I didn't save chat transcript
but logically, why would I company say they are not respoinsible of packages left their warehouse, and then agree to issue a refund out of the blue?
also the guy never said anything about "fixing" the order, he says that he just refunded it like from first call. Also the guy didn't provide a proof that he's the one who refunded the order, so why would you believe him without proofs and on the other hand ban me and ask for proofs why what i'm saying makes more sense?
just ask the refunder a simple question, Did you fix the order? if yes give a proof, if not then you failed
you want to get unbanned so YOU will need to provide some proof that it was you that actually contacted them

I have a proof that the guy contacted them and failed my order, if my order got refunded afterwards, it doesn't reward the guy cuz he never contacted twice.
only once and he has failed! and I DID show a proof about it, the email I got from them saying they are not responsible
i have personally gotten lots of those emails in the past when refunding, they mostly try to blame the shipping company first so they dont have to pay it themselves
you have already been asked to show proof by him in the chat

all these are proofs that a second attempt has been made on the order to get refunded, while the refunder admit it he contacted only once.

From the conversation in the scam report it appears you did agree however that the refunder was able to partially refund the order? Please provide the chatlogs in its entirety so we can help reach a resolution, @sorrabo

I said he failed to refund, the deal was refunding my order for 10% but he did a refund for the cheapest item on my order and kept asking for 10% and when I didn't pay him, he made a dispute!! and I even got banned
I tried to communicate with him to resolve it if he can just take payment for what he refunded, but he never replied to my messages.
he even never replied to this thread until you highlighted the "partial refund" to him, so he could find something to talk about
butt-heart maybe
and btw, I have gave all the proofs you asked for from my side, while you never asked him for any proof!
are you giving him the advantage because he's a premium user?
