in terms of vitamin supplements, i just get my daily multi from kirkland/costco and extra 500mg of vitamin c
if you want, you can take keratin, collagen, fish oil if you dont eat enough fish, etc

I always took preworkout, no big dose just a small spoon, whey protein.
Now that I've run out of time for fitness, I tend to run sometimes, but I quit from buying any supplements, I'm just taking Vitamin C, D3 and zinc, haven't been sick for one year, not even a watery nose

No supplements here. Just a heathy diet and working out every day .
Just vitamin D for me. Maybe some Vitamin C or Zinc if I feel sick. It is cold here during the winter and I don't get much sun exposure as it is. Always low on Vitamin D.
