Way to bypass Steam's new region change policy

Many of you have heard that they introduced a new policy to outright ban the method of using VPN to change your region store. Now you need to use a payment method from that country in order to change country. I know there are prepaid debit cards out there but how and where do you get your hands on them?

Anyone have the slightest idea to get around that?

I am not aware of new "good" method but I was told that you can make fresh new accounts and change your country (not sure if it still works because that was reported a few weeks ago but you can give it a shot). If that works, becareful as you might get temporarily restricted on steam for fraudulent activity.

yeah everything shows up in ARS in the store but you can't actually buy anything since you need visa or mastercard from arg to pay... also in account details shows your country not changing
