i find focusing on my self control and mental clarity above all else. That way, if you want a smoke, you can smoke and still be okay to put it down again for a while
Also, having a beer or seltzer instead may even be better if weed creates such a habit of laziness for you.
So for me, I have to block out specific times in the week that I can smoke.
Like only at night, after work on weekends.
If you have already quit for 3 months, picking 1 day a week and sticking to it isn't a bad thing. I think its only bad when you are trying to smoke to escape as opposed to smoking to enhance.
Honestly, it's probably for the best. I dunno how weed fell under the radar, the shit can be pretty damaging (not as physically damaging as say something like alcohol or cocaine, but still). Not saying it should be banned or anything but over consumption of it should be viewed the same as any substance.
why quit when you can be high
Good for you bro. I quit smoking 4 years ago and have not looked back
Would you mind sharing your story and how you managed to quit? I'm currently struggling with the same issue. One day, I make the firm decision that it will be my final joint, but then another day comes and I find myself smoking again. It's mostly stress that triggers me to start smoking again..
Hello. I used to be a heavy smoker, especially of weed, indulging daily. However, it's been three months since I quit.
I realized it hindered my productivity and made me lazy Since then, improvements have surfaced in various aspects of my life. Yet, occasionally, I crave a relaxing smoke. Should I indulge? What do you think?
