Been on the same ride with him. Got a netflix last year, tried to use it multiple times throughout the year with a success of exactly two times. Barely ever responds, replacements work for barely any time since whenever I was about to use it after it was replaced, it was not working already. For anyone trying to buy off of him I'd recommend trying somewhere else.

I'm waiting for a replacement for weeks and very little communication, when he eventually does reply he keeps telling me to wait until he tells me he will replace me 4-5th Jan, I wait and he still didn't replace me. Today he finally replies, asks me to wait an hour, I get no answer and finally he gives me a login that DOES NOT WORK AND GOES OFFLINE? I give him many chances before I post here but telling me to wait and promising me a replacement finally and giving me a broken account and going offline is insane.

Not deleting until we get replacements that WORK or I get my refund I requested but he didn't give.
