technicly theres still a chance irawr, if someone posts there numbers the winners number may not be uniques, so therefor it goes to the next person with the lowest uniques number

Exactly. There are a select few who are already out of it no matter what happens because they guessed numbers that were either a. already guessed or b. were guessed by someone after them. I think it's something like 3 or 4 people have a 0% chance of winning anything. Maybe 15% have a slim chance, a ton have some chance, and 1 or 2 people are almost guaranteed something if nobody else enters.
