Cant get on CA

I cant get on CA right now, is it just me or are they doing something with servers?

i get this error message Can not connect to the server please try again or visit nexon...... error code=-2,10060

Weird though, on the main site it states that it'll be down on March 16th
but it says March 17th on timeanddate.com.
