The first time I got internet at home, It was me who asked for everything but in the name of my mother.

My mother use the have all the information of every service but I was the one who decide what type of package or something.

You have to do the same way. Just ask them, they dont have to understand what you talking about, they just gonna ask Verizon what you want.
