if you get more f6 then f5 you cant kick again for 3 mins

but then again, most ppl will F5 to get on the Elites good side.

you can get banned for abuse elite cause my clan leader did it every game he would kick about 10 people and then one day he got banned. he would kick people just to let clannies in and kick people who killed him. his cpt 4

I didn't know elites could 'abuse'. There is always the "Other" option, i kick people just because i don't like their name, when i have elite (from gray hisec or login reward).
