I prefer asking profs instead of google (although google always knows as well)

keylogger is a program that can be installed, it can also be installed hidden behind another program so a good trick might be advertising a new trainer or whatever that they have to test.
You gotta make it so scans wont detect it and wait to get lucky xD
Although it probably won't work I guess..

and hacking emails can be done with tricking secret questions or whatever.

Brute force or guess the info afaik. Better luck finding an exploit on their website.
