    I have looked at the nexon forum. And it seems that it turns to 0 hour s when your suspension reaches 23 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds. That makes sense, because when i looked at it yesterday morning it was probably like 1 day 18 hours and I thought it was just 1 day left. Nexon fails because they do not put the hours remaining or the date/time you will be unsuspended. If this is true I should be unbanned about 3 Am Gmt -5 (Aka Est)
