Apparently, whenever i have a thought of regret or embarrassment cross my mind while I eat, I would stuff my mouth immediately until I pop back into reality and forget that thought.
ie; while eating cereal in the morning, I thought about a past-time that i felt super embarrassed and I just took a large spoonful of Oatmeal Crisp and chugged it down my mouth. The same went when I walked in from school earlier, I took cooked corned beef hash on the stove and put it between 1 bread (The end, the one that JennaJones hates) and while i was walking in my room putting my stuff down, I thought of a embarrassing time and I stuffed the whole sandwich in my mouth. im not overweight. im 5"7 - 130lbs

There's one song i used to love to play, but I just can't play it anymore because it reminds me of an embarrassing moment when i played for my classmates and another class. i messed up the ending and I was in shock. the whole day was embarrassing for me and whenever i play that same song, i just slam the keys and slap my head
