i downloaded the game torrent from alteriw website the dlc and patch 3 i followed video and installed the dlc and patch 3 the game crashes on as soon as i start it says iw4mp.exe has stopped working is there a fix for the auto updater or the files for update so i can play like manual patch?

Seems I was too Lazy to update this lately, But here are the new Install/Update Instructions


Current PServer Version : 1.3.37a ( Modded .182 ) ;
The Executable (iw4mp.exe) Is their fuzzy updater.
The Game itself is Nao "iw4mp.dat" and is loaded in memory by the updater.
( Yap You can just rename and start the .dat )

DLC & DLC2 Enabled

So, If you are new there, You can just follow the easy steps in the torrent file itself ;

This method is recommended, Afterwards just follow "Instructions.txt" ; A File included in the Torrent.

Remember that DLC's must be extracted in your MW2 Directory, And placed properly, Or this will lead to crap.

idont undestand, i d/l the torrent and i started to watch the vid. But none of the files i see the person use in teh vid, are there when i open the d/l... some one please help.. i was banned off of steam ( i guess?.. every time i run teh game it says cheat detected in a error then when i click ok it closes. even though im not useing any hacks) so can some one please exsplaine what i need to do or were i get theses files ?
