It's practically silent, because anyone close enough to hear it is on your team or just died.
It's perfect for QSing.
Almost always a 1 hit kill.

when you see a person camping you walk up to them to no scope them and you miss like 3 times in a row and they still dont notice then they get up and shoot you in the face o_O
