ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? If Nexon was concerned about the welfare and opinion of the players it would LISTEN TO THEM. They have horrible customer service, they don't care about their players, they only are about money. The whole game is nothing but a open ass, where people empty their wallets into. They can't do SHIT about hacks. If they actually cared, they would've used PB, and updated HS weekly.

Agreed; but not to such extremes.

Nexon are made of humans. they cant attend to everyone at the same time. I've seen companies that take literally a year to answer their tickets. so Nexon is good in comparison.

Lol guys stop raging i only wanted help didn't want this to turn to an arguing session and btw i already have a ps3 and Black ops and to tell the truth i get bored from BO sometimes so i decide to play CF but it has a gay as hit detection and lots of lagg and their Q is so slow.That is why i wanted to try new games to see if theres any good ones with no lagg and gay hit detection.. anyways thanks...

Its a bad time to start playing CA...
You should have started 2 years ago when it was new and less MEGA HACKERS were out there.

They don't solve ANY problems. I'll repeat this, I respect them for their financial and commercial prowess, but everything else blows.

1. Reporting people is useless, Nexon doesn't ban them for up to a month, maybe more.
   
2. Filing a ticket is useless, it gets answered and your problem is resolved in 5-7 business years.
   
3. If your account was wrongfully banned or suspended, Nexon will just tell you to fuck off.
   
4. You have to report people through CBL to get the dirty work done.
   
5. They SUCK at preventing new hacks from emerging and patching ones already out.
   
6. Their content updates are their only to keep the community pacified and to satisfy their financial needs.

NOW WHAT THE FUCK DID I MISS?
