You download the Attachments on people's posts on MPGH. If it is an .exe then you Right Click on the File and Run as Admin, then open iw4mp.exe and the hack(s) should be on. If it is a .dll you need to use an Injector (EX: Winject) and Inject the hack into the Process iw4mp.dat.

4.go back in-game and press "Delete"
5.the menu will popup
6.chose the hack u want to apply to the game
