2nd: coach to get clean.
3rd: attempt to get others on board.

If 3rd fails, repeat.

I know this may sound stupid, but have you told them they need to get clean? Have you told them the consequences to what they're doing/ going to do? At the end of the convo, have you asked them if they were willing? If you two could come up with a plan together (in that order, ineffective in any other order)

I can't really talk to them when they dont listen anyway.. and anything i may say to them theyll just shut me out basically
