IMO i would of not even looked at it.
You should just build your own computer it will be WAY cheaper then buying one that's already build. they charge you time etc on the build which you could save etc.
Also they are a business just like mine i get my items at a cheaper discount.
Lets say a quad core is worth around 200-300
I can get it since im a business less then that around 150-200. Just like Sam's Club...

Seriously all you got to do is connect wires and add a OS Simple I can build one in 30 minutes if i have all the parts and OS.
And if I don't run into problems

    lollollol .

    Chat Content:
Digital Storm - Craig: Hey! How may I help you?
John: Hi. I just customized your most expensive build and it came out to: 10,676.00. I looked up everything I did on newegg and added it to my cart. It came to 5,273.00. I added in $50 if I wanted my local computer place to build it for me. So, who do I go with?
Digital Storm - Craig: Well, keep in mind, while we are a bit more expensive, you are getting our customer support aspects.
I'm not sure if you have seen our ratings with BBB or reseller ratings?
John: I forgot to say I added lifetime warranty for everything for about $200.
Digital Storm - Craig: *nods* Does that include support calls as well? We offer lifetime support on all of our models, at no charge to you, as a part of the main price.
Also, it?s not just the price of the components that you need to look for; it?s also the customer service, support, and quality that come along with it. Your making an investment, we understand that. We are the only gaming computer company that is rated "A+" with the BBB. Our forums are full of loyal past customers that help/recommend future customers with configuration advice. Our "Customer Reviews" section is full of happy customers that love their system (Digital Storm Forums: Customer Reviews). Every computer comes with a 3 Year Full-Warranty, and Life-Time U.S. Based support from our technicians.
John: So I see. I'm paying roughly 4,000.00 Extra for customer service, support, and quality. But wouldn't quality go along with the components?
By the way, I do wonder what newegg is rated with the BBB.
Digital Storm - Craig: absolutely, quality is paramount in our components
we use all top tier companies, Corsair, Thermaltake, Coolermaster, etc
Newegg is a very good company with their customer service as well - https://www.la****b.org/Business-Repo...uters-13146135
Were there any other questions you had this afternoon, John?
If you still have any further questions for us, please feel free to open a new Livechat session, or send an email to me directly, Craig@digitalstormonline , and I'll be happy to answer any additional questions or concerns you may have.
