    There are some things to be tweaked like take out that random layer with those dots but overall, its nice. Did you add the the blood or was it part of the original stock.

    What tutorial could possibly encourage you to crank up contrast insanely high...

    To make the blood more realistic: add some white brushing where it would reflect as real blood.

    Also: why would the blood go around the iris? That's just unnatural and makes the iris look like it's pasted ontop of the eye.

    The tutorial I used said the same thing to add white brushing where it would reflect as real blood but it was telling me to use the dodge tool so it was getting complicated, and it wasn't a tutorial on a eye that was me:
