The sad truth is that even if you are legit, and if your damn good at that, you will ALWAYS be called a hacker whenever you appear more than twice on the kill feed. It's gotten to the point where dedicated, diehard legits may as well hack because the're not getting credit for their dedication and hard hours of legit practicing.

And for the record, just to give an opinion..im sorry man but it looks alot like an aimbot to me

If SmartAlley says he is playing legit, it is legit.
There are many examples on youtube of people having extremely twitchy aiming, but still legit.
I will give you examples right off the bat (Youtube users): TiMe4FiGhT JzzdInMyPants
TiMe4FiGht's MAJ was actually banned, but he has 9 montages. Why?
Xanvu is extremely twitchy that its not even funny, but he is legit.

At one point in the video, you were shooting scoped in with a g36 (around 3:35) full auto and you had no recoil, there wasn't too much lag since it didn't show any lag in your video like frame skips and stuff, so HA Aimbotter! Teehee
