i got the same error but i know i had the dll so i just used black dragon to fix it

Get Byte Ciper
Search the DLL
After its Cipered. Rename the whole file to cyper3.dll (or whatever you want .dll)
After that use injector, PerX is recommended by me since I use it.
Inject + Own in CA.

Use Website to launch to avoid some problems. Otherwise just use CA Direct launcher.

Hmm for me Black Chiper injector work (We talk about CA EU) and i login and start to play but after 10 secound or less playing is crash what I must to do ? I think the move to Windows 7 to be able to use this hack
