Im trying guys. But I have to admit, this is the first time that im trying to get in shape for a reason other than getting chicks. Like I feel that this is for me, not the chicks. I know you might think "wait... hes working out.... to fap harder....alone". But that isnt the case, as i have saved my sperm for other reasons. I just hope i can get through it all.

Ok so here are my fit test results. Fit test is actually a day thats made to test and keep track of your progress. Ive recorded my first fit test, and now here is my second fit test. Fit test results are be shown below.

FIRST FIT TEST
1. Switch Kicks : 42
2. Power Jacks : 76
3. Power Knees : 72
4. Power Jumps : 54
5. Globe Jumps : 15
6. Suicide Jumps (not literally ) : 21
7. Push Up Jacks : 28
8. Low Plank Oblique : 32

SECOND FIT TEST
1. Switch Kicks : 72
2. Power Jacks : 80
3. Power Knees : 110
4. Power Jumps : 80
5. Globe Jumps : 16
6. Suicide Jumps (not literally ) : 23
7. Push Up Jacks : 39
8. Low Plank Oblique : 33

Day 16 (i think i have to manage my eating times, like if i eat an hour before the workout i get a belly, ive noticed this)
