Could do with alot more fine detail work, as before.
It currently looks like you stopped at the blocking in colour stage.

Blend your colors more make it run smoothly
Also your linework needs some work you've got a lot of cuvryness going on and it doesn't look right proportionally
The lines around the eyes make it look like it's either on crack or retarded
