Instructions:

1. Run the Loader.
2. Press Start Combat Arms
3. ????
4. Profittttt

Features:

NX Chams: Lets you see enemies through walls
No Spread & No Recoil: Allows you to shoot your gun without it moving. Your bullets also fly straight where the crosshair is shooting. (Works with Shotgun and Sniper Sway + Spread)
xHair & oHair: Shows a crosshair or a circlehair
No fog: Disables fog. (useful for Snow Valley)
Fly: Allows you to fly(press alt in midair)
Activation: Allows you to pickup weapons, activate doors from far away. and pickup SuperSoldier boxes.

Hotkeys:

Insert = Open/Close Menu
Space = Fly (Press jump, then press alt to fly up. it is controlable tehe)

Are you on a laptop or a computer?

Using a computer or a laptop doesnt make a difference, make sure you have .net framework 4, c++ redistributable 2010, that could be your problem if your missing one of those, these files are a must for .dll hacking.

Im using this hack on a laptop and the hack menu doesnt come up in game when i press insert. Why not? Can any one help me?

Ik.... Kids these days.... Trying to be somthing their not, i was born into this world with a dad who hosted Counterstrike 1.6 servers for a living who created scripts for the game as well. Hacking runs through my veins haha.

Its not detected your doing somthing wrong, and even if it was just use byte cypher....

No, not really, because laptops have Fn, maybe they just press insert without pressing Fn aswell.

Some of the hacks on this .dll auto dc you, just be careful of what hacks you use.
