Flamethrower is best for portable domination in CF/BL
Incendiary comes in a close second but it isnt much portable as the shot is in the same spot.
Caltrops aren't a great choice for fireteam in general because they destroy easy and not much points.

it did happen. You can see vids on youtube of ppl getting over 10m using caltrops in Fireteam before they nerfed caltrops
