You're not much better.

Anyways it's fine for a simple text image I would lose the background if you're not going to do anything special with it. The text could have been more solid to be a bit more legible and the bevel/emboss can be toned down just a bit.

This wouldn't be a bad logo or something ?

Then don't put others, who are trying to learn, down. When you post your work or need help how would you like it if someone just said yea theres people here better than you, especially your first piece. Either "constructively" critique or leave.

dont use bevel and emboss unless u know how to do it well
other than that u got no chance of becoming staff, well neither does anyone else atm
