Quick_Scop (Combat Arms Player)

Smartalley and AVGN used "Quick_Scop" to OPK and Telekill. Theres video evidence and yet the player "Quick_Scop" isn't banned. Is there a secret to not getting banned or something? Any1 wanna tell me?
Edit: He's CBL Dirty. Video Evidence. On the CA Website he isn't on the wall of shame, or even suspended.......

Hack > ban dont try a way around if you got banned , you violated TOS and there is no way to get unbaned so if you aint like getting banned , dont hack simple

That's the thing, it doesn't.

Nexon basically prints out a sheet of paper with every active user above 2LT's IGN out and shoots a shotgun at it from 30 feet away.

Whoever's left isn't banned.



This process is rinsed and repeated tri-monthly.
