IF you are absolutely sure that you got banned for no reason then you should lodge a ticket to nexon, they do respond however they take roughly 1 week. It's better then loosing your account forever right? No use lying to nexon, I'VE TRIED.

I have lied to nexon once but that was a while back when noob made the Black Cipher hack i loved it and then they catch me and i support the ticket said i didnt hack and i never will but i am still hacking in some way to other people i call it modding the game

I've been server crashing, remote killing, etc. almost every singe day. I have yet to be banned.
