Doesn't even matter, Idk why everything needs some huge reason or purpose, SoTW gets done bc its always been done, does it NEED to be done, no it never has, Does it drive some sort of life into this desert, yes it does, if there was nothing to do here no one would come, this gives them something to do. Love it or hate it, it stays, and huge reasons are not needed.
