Hello here comes my gmod 1.061 update2 with increased friendlyness for new users with a revamped readme and in game confirmations, last time I didn't read the rules for upload I'm sorry for this but I made sure to read them this time.

||Instructions||
1. Copy everything except terraria.exe from \Steam\steamapps\common\terraria to where you extracted the files.

!!Notes READ THIS!!
Some commands are Toggled ie: so if you write !god it will turn off if on before and on if it was off before.
+ When the game loads it autoruns the "default.txt"
++ when you write !bind's ingame they DO NOT save to the default.txt you MUST write them in manually.

||Commands||

Common and useful commands

!god <on> or <off> [makes you unkillable.]
!speed <0-x> [Multiplies your current speed with the number entered, be careful with large numbers can cause crash]
!light <on> or <off> [This lights up the whole map, allowinf you to see everything in your screen in broad daylight.]
!noclip <on> or <off> [This command allows you to fly and pass through anything with the arrow keys. Holding down left shift double the speed.]
!debug <on> or <off> [unlocks camera from your character and allows you to move it freely with arrows keys, please note as the camera is unlocked it will NOT follow your character when you move with WASD. Right clikcing while in debugmode will teleport your character to that position, and on top of that a small client sided light is emitted at mouse.]

Building/inventory commands: These commands are used to get items and build.

!build <on> or <off> [This command will let you build and destroy blocks at a wide range, CAUTION: may cause ban on certain servers]
!copy [Copies selected terrain to place them elsewere. Be careful with this as it can crash.]
!backup [Backups from your last "!clearinv"]
!clearinv [Removes your inventroy completly, use carefully.]
!inv <1 OR 2> [Changes your inventories arround. Careful as you might lose items, however.]
!stack <1-X> [Allows you to set the specified amound as max stack size for all items.]
!selc <ON> OR <OFF> [Creates a red selection square on your cursor when off]
!selsize <X> <Y> [Allows you to change the size of the selection box when !selc is off, it is also possible to write !sz X Y]
!addtile <tile> [Adds tiles of the selected value to were ever you press the left mouse button. Ex: !addtile 1 will place 9 stone blocks where you click in a 3x3 patern.]
!addwall <tile> [This will delete all "wall" tiles wereever you click.]
!deltile <on> OR <off> [Same as above, but will add walls instead.]
!delwall <on> OR <off> [Same as above, but for walls.]
!water <ON> OR <OFF> [Allows you to place a 3x3 amount of water into the world by pressing the left mouse button.]
!lava <on> OR <off> [Same as above, but for lava.]
!selamount <amount> [Lets you select the amount of liquid !water and !lava spawn. The larger the number, the more liquid.]
!give <ItemName> <amount> [Gives you the specified item, given that you typed the correct case sensitive name (I.E: Molten Pickaxe) and you provide a number. If you do not, it will simply give you 1 of that item.]
!give2 <ItemNumber> <amount> [Same as above, but with numbers instead of item names.]

Fighting commands: Commands used to fight and summon NPC, mainly hostile ones.

!bloodmoon [Enables a bloodmoon, aslong as its night already.]
!goblins <amount> [Starts a goblin invasion with the specified amount of goblins.]
!spawn <NPCNumber> <amount> [Will spawn any NPC outside your field of vision so long as you provide the corect NPC number. This includes monsters.]
!spawni [Same as above but instantly.]
!spawn2 <NPcNumber> <amount> [Same as !spawn, but atop of you instead.]
!spawn2i same as above except instant [Same as above but instant.]

Items commands: Item Editing [Example "!item damage 1000" / To undo any of these drop the item then pick it back up if your on a server.]

!item shoot [Change what the item shoots. Projectiles can be found in the ProjectileID's.txt]
!item damage [Allows you to change the damage but be is detected by Terraria AntiCheat. This command is also used to make items, such as a bed, into a weapon.]
!item defense [Change the amount of defense an Armor piece gives]
!item autoreuse [Removes the need to keep clicking. Careful when using with spear type weapons, IE Dark Lance, as it will drasticly increase the hit range the longer you hold the mouse down. It also has the same effect when used as projectiles.]
!item ammo [Change the default ammo it uses (this command currently has no visible effect.)]
!item liferegen [Change the amount of regeneration the item gives kinda like the Healing Ring. (does not seem to be working.)]
!item mana [Change the mana cost to use the item]
!item manaregen [Same as liferegen but with mana...(.does not seem to be working.)]
!item maxStack [How many you can stack in one pile. This only aplies to the current item, as oposed the the !stack command.]
!item nomelee [Allows you to use non-melee weapons as Melee. (does not work currently.)]
!item pick [Changes the item to be used like a Pickaxe. It only works on these type of items: Any form of hammer, pick, axe and sword sword. Staff of regrowth, various blocks and ores, torches, woo-pie cushion, bucket(water and lave bucket untester but unrecommended) and (I belive) just about anything you can use/place.]
!item hammer [Same as above...(careful here as 100 gives 500% hammer power. 20 will give you 100% hammer power.)]
!item axe [Same as above...]
!item type [changes what the game thinks the item is]
!useammo [Change what ammo it needs - 0 for no ammo, 1 for arrows and 2 for bullets.]
!item useanimation [How fast it looks like the item is being used. For example, giving it a number of 5 will only make it apear for a short time on a visibly small range, if used on a spear. However, an animation speed of 50 will make it look like your throwing the spear and will also give it a longer range. This seems to be the only excpetion, however, as everything else will move faster or slower depending on the number.]
!item useSound [Changes what using the item sounds like. (sound.txt comming soon.)]
!item usetime [How fast the item be used. The smaller the number, the more the item/protectile is used.]

Character Effects commands: These commands affect the character. For sxample, you can give yourself rocket boots even if you don't have them equiped in your acessory slot.

!char grabrange <0-x> [The range from wich you can grap items.]
!char grabspeed <0-x> [The speed at which items come to you.]
!char grabspeedmax <0-x> [The maximum speed at which items come to you.]
!char killguide <0-1> [This makes your character act as if you had the "guide voodoo doll" equiped.]
!char pickspeed <(-1)-0> [This gives your pick the same dig time as molten pickaxe. -1 will revert it to the default terraria speed.]
!char rocketboots <0-1> [This gives you the rocket boots without having the need the equip them in your inventory.]
!char rockettime <0-x> [This will tell your rocket boots how long they should be used for. The default is 7.]
!char depth <0-1> [This will show you a depth meter at all time, even without the item equiped.]
!char doublejump <0-1> [This will give yoyr char the "clound in a bottle" ability without needing the actual item.]
!char knockBack <0-1> [This will give you the cobalt shield effect without the need of it being equiped.]
!char noFallDamage <0-1> [This will prevent fall damage just like the lucky horseshoe, so you might not need one in your accesory slot.]
!char flipper <0-1> [This will make you swim, no flippers needed.]
!char meleeSpeed <0-1> [This is basicly a feral claw, though it seems to be slightly faster.]
!char infmana <0-1> [This will give you infinite mana. This means avery spells cost 0 mana to use.]
!char life <0-x> [This will give you X amount of life, but will not pass your curr limit]
!char lifemax <0-x> [This will increase your max HP. Beware as most Tshock and Tmod server will detect and ban you if your life is over 400.]
!char mana <0-x> [Same as !char life, but for mana.]
!char manamax <0-x> [Same as !char lifemax, but for mana.]
!buff <1-18> <time> [This will give you the buff coresponding to the specified number. (buffID.txt comming soon.)]
!allbuffon <time> [This will give you all buff for a maximum of 9999 time (3 minutes) reguardless of if some are more.]
!allbuffoff [This will disable all buff you currently have on.]
!respawn [This command acts just like a magic mirror by bringing you back to your spawn point, or bed if you set one.]

Position commands: These will tell you, or change, your current position in the world.

!posraw [Writes raw data of where your player is at in CMD]
!poscor [Writes cordinate for your player in CMD]
!postile [Writes cordinate for the tile at your cursor in CMD.]
!tpplay <name> [Teleports you to the selected player.]
!tppos <0-100> <0-100> [Teleports you to the selected posion.]

EXPLANATION of the Positions!
- Top left of map is 0, 0
- Bottom right is 100, 100
- Middle of the map is 50, 50
- Top middle of the map is 50, 0
- Middle of hell is 50, 95

Time commands: These will allow you to change the time.

!dawn [Set the time to dawn.]
!dusk [Set the time to dusk.]
!noon [Set the time to noon.]
!midnight [Set the time to midnight.]
!time [Tells you the current time of day.]

CMD commands: These command will disply result in the console only.

!loop <numberOfLoops> <delay> <command> [This creates a loop. for example. It can run the command !smashorb 3 times with 10 seconds between each run please note the command must be written with ! before it]
!stoploops [This will stop all the loops currently in action.]
!= [Runs last command entered.]
!bind key !what you want to do [This binds a command to the specified key, however, it only last for as long as the client is opened. In order to have permanent binds, assign them to the coresponding key in the default.txt file. you can also list a chain of commands. Ex: !item shoot 15;!item damage 25;!item autoreuse 1]
!listbinds [This list all your current binds in the CMD.]
!listplayers [This will list the names of the players and their number on the server in the CMD.]
!echo <message> [This writes message line in the CMD.]
!clear [This clears the CMD of everything printed in it.]
!say <message> [sends message to other players. best used in conjuction with !bind and !loop.]

Others:
!loadc <nameoftextfile(without.txt)> [This will load a user made files into the game. For example Default.txt or Default2.txt if you made a backup with other configurations.]
!instantexplode [Dynamite will explode instantly after being used.]
!invisible [turns you invisible CAUTION: MAY GET YOU BANNED ON CERTAIN SERVERS].
!confdialog <ON> OR <OFF> [This will enable the confirmation of most gommands ingame, for those of you who like to play fullscreen.]
!settle [This settles liquids.]
!smashorb [This gives you a "smashed orb" flag.]
!dropmeteor [This will randomply drop a meteor.]
!meteor <x> <y> [Creates a meteor at the given coordinates. (Does not seem to work.)]
!floatingisland <x> <y> [Creates a floating island at given coordinates. (Does not seem to work.)]
!grabsky <ON> OR <OFF> [Allows you to grab the sun/moon and drag them away. (Does not seem to work.)]
!hurt <player number> [Does damage to another player. Will get you banned on most server.]

I got same error. My steam is not installed under usual path, but i do not know if that is the reason. What i have done is copy all txt to Terraria folder. I have renamed exe supplied by this mod and then copied to terraria folder. Terraria.Exe is game exe, And i had: TerrariaMOD.exe as renamed mod exe. With this i didn't get framework error, with IO expection

2 things that this needs are:
Infinite Range (for pickaxes, hamaxes)
Item is no longer consumable (you have a stack of 1 ebonstone brick in your hotbar. Enable this and you can set down a infinite amount of ebonstone without the count decreasing)
