Means -> Go by or you go another way to avoid meeting someone.
So you by pass the VAC system to be able to play. (I can't say if this works and so. But for MW2 it only allowed you to play Private Matches.)
So what you do is kinda. Go around the VAC Ban list and go and play
(As a unknown player. Or another player that isn't banned and isn't playing.)

Vac status: You probably can get banned for using this so use it at your own risk!
