a pretty bad cold/flu came over me last night and now i feel like crap

what do you guys do to get right of the flu? dont suggest sleeping because then i wont be able to sleep at night and i will feel worse and ive got a bit of lemon and honey hot/ cold drinks

we can buy gatorade powder which makes 8 litres might get some when im sick again... feeling alot better
