Paypal is on my ass?
Okay. So i sold a crypter to a guy. He paid me via paypal. I gave him crypter. He issued a chargeback. I hacked his computer. Went on hidemyipadress.org and canceled his paypal chargeback.

Well, if he realizes that his computer has been compromised he can easily just go on a different one, or if he clues into it being cancelled he can contact paypal support and tell them that he didn't do it, they can tell him what IP did do it, if they figure out you used a proxy they could contact proxy sites and legally get your IP I believe.
