Yes, open the launcher that installed the hack and click uninstall.

... also it seems that You can get banned if somone reports to Steam/IW but modifications are perfectly fine to use with VAC itself

Any idea how they tell if you're using them after you get reported? Do they just watch video of games or are the able to see you're using different files?

I can't even count the amount of people that say they're gonna report me everyday. That's just for playing consistently good and with normal foliage.

Love this, but there is still is some problems

- the stinger's glass sights is not see through if weapon colors are changed
- the bouncing betty color doesn't change if explosives color is selected while monochromatic is also selected
- when importing it always gives an error about trying to import one more than it has to

Steam/VAC has no way of detecting texture hack usage.

Also read my recent post under VAC bannable (stickied thread on top of this forum).

It might be that VAC is no longer handing out bans and everything is done strictly through Ban Candy.

Managed to fix by importing the original weapon_stinger_iw5_glass_col.iwi and weapon_stinger_iw5_glass_nml.iwi files from backup of iw_06.iwd.

I don't fully understand. This is a texture skin, but in the "AlterMW3 Gameplay" in the first post you go on a rampage with an aimbot? Is that included in the texture?

No it is not, only colored models are included.

I've noticed some times that Snipers get coloured in all black for some reason. Happens in particular on Bootleg.

Yeah everything works like a charm. Only problem are those damn gullie suits :P It's hard to see the colors behind thes camouflage

i have istalled correctly nad tried to open mw3 it opens and connect but when iam like 0,005 sec in the lobby it kicks my out and it says: steam connect fail
i don't know how to fix it. but i can connect to mw3 lobby
