The problem is the government only tests for KNOWN substances. 99.9% of the drugs available (also known as research drugs and party drugs) haven't even been registered as Class B drugs, let alone Class A (which is the standardized basis for drug tests of criminals). So they blame it on pot. But remember, he could of smoked two weeks before hand, and they would STILL blame pot.
