Green Mutant Hold Weapons??

This Morning I go to youtube and then i saw a glitch and i watch it and i go to try in in mutant mode then i want to protect my friend and 1 fxcking thing happened.. my friend is mutant and mutanted other people and i saw there is 1 person is mutant with axe!! no screen shot too bad haha..

Lucky My friend took a screen shot haha and then i am gonna show u.. but omg ??
Is that a hack or what?

it is not fake!! i saw like 3 people have knife or axe with mutant.. this morning i saw one with axe that have different skin -.-
