You need to include the DLL that is created with the .exe

Then when you Debug your program.
You can go to the debug folder.

And you will see an .dll file (With the long VB name)

You need to add that in the Rar/Zip file when you upload.
Or merge it into the .exe (if you can. Else nvm)

You have to apply one of the items first :|

To have an order on it :P

Else I would do something else.
If you don't mind I could make some few samples of things you could do to improve the design and maybe it also will help in the code...
