We've already been over this about 9001 times, it's not WHAT happens as much as HOW it happens. Also, I'm pretty sure no one saw Obito ACTUALLY being Tobi coming, people were making such extravagant theories, no one can truly say they saw this coming.

Again, scot even HERE we called obito being tobi. Its not that much of a surprise honestly. And people were making those theories because they expected more out of a series that gets more cliche and boring by the chapter. I mean really, the 3 choices were what? Izuna, Obito, and some other guy. Its not even surprising that its obito, and the flashbacks are just there to fill out the chapters.

No, naruto's target audience is deffinitely younger teens. The morals, the characters, and the bad guys are meant for a younger audience. Not to mention the lack of any adult material.

Also, it is what happens not how. Because in naruto, you can essentially skip the minor details and get to the same ending. Hell you could probably read 1 out of 4 pages every chapter and still get the majority of the story down.

Naruto is a kid tv show because it shows on kid tv channels...

Most real anime aimed for older teens normally wouldn't be aired across the world, all the major ones get dubbed.

Yeah, the DUBBED version does, the dubbed version is also dubbed down.

That's like saying One Piece sucks when you've only watched the 4Kids dub (which was an abomination), it doesn't make sense.

I'm not defending OP, I really couldn't care less. My point is, compare the OP sub to the OP 4Kids dub, the amount of censorship is too damn high. Same thing applies with Naruto (not nearly as much), but it still happens. Saying that Naruto is a kids show because it plays on "kids" channels in America is just plain dumb.

Meh what does it matter. There is more flashbacks/filler in naruto than there is actual story.

You got what, 3-4 more chapters of flashbacks?(if kishi doesn't go back to the dragged out fight).

I mean really, what hasn't been discussed a thousand times over already? The series has such a vague plot you could guess some cool things could happen. But whats going to happen? Completely boring and obvious outcomes, with completely boring and pointless flashbacks.

I mean we are on what, the fith chapter of flashbacks?

Its amazing really, because its just drags.........and drags........and drags.

In a show with such a below-average story, its amazing how much talking they do and how often fighting is only 5-10% of the actual content of a FIGHTING chapter.

i mean I sort of agree with you, but don't you think Obito explaining everything to Kakashi in the middle of the fight is any better? THAT'd be dragging out the fight as Naruto and Guy have no clue what's he talking about and Madara was IN the story, so he already knows what's happening.

So a flashback would be the best choice for this situation.
