i still cant find a hack for killstreak DURING the game by using support mode.Is there anything out there?

Go in a lobby, press force host and the match should start with only you in it If it says "waiting for a better host" then your internet sux

If you read, he says that he CAN NOT open the hack.
So that means he won't even be able to press the: Force Host button.

Instead, you should say:
Well, you should post the error, so we see what the problem can be

Ofcource it won't work, because the address used is dynamic, it would've worked with pointers though. Same mistake many make :P

Tested everything to be working fine, not sure why it isn't working for you
