My top 2 anime series of the fall 2012

Just a little post about my top 2 anime I liked this fall, yes I know there were lots of other great anime that came out to, but these 2 beat them by far.

    #1 Sword Art Online
Really good storyline, also great animation and opening and ending songs.

    #2 Btoom!
Lot's of blood and gore, not to mention the ecchi scenes, and all the explosions!

Eh, SAO is nice, btoom too(although the manga is a better).

Personally I was not really impressed with this falls anime line-up. Spring had nisemonogatari, and fate/zero. Summer had SAO 1st season.

Meh, everything else really wasn't that impressive. Jormungand just blowed.

I'm wary of code-breaker. Its nowhere near as good as SDK, but at the same time i love the author. SDK's anime was basically shit for no other reason than whoever made it didn't want to follow the manga. Code-breaker has interesting story, the art is really made for paper-back only(online scans don't do it justice in the least), and the anime is alright, if a bit too bright..

Sword Art Online, is it just incredibly good or incredibly meh?
I think there could have been more done to it, the first 10 epsiodes with all those timeskips were hard to watch, but now i'm really enjoying it.

If you skipped minor parts the estimated time would be like........4 hours?

After watching SAO Episode 20 i can safely say Kirito is one of the most OP protagonists in Anime history.

He isn't OP, it's just the people who made Sao make the enemy seem stupid and make Kirito use his brain. But SAO is obv predictable, he gon get asuna den he find out his sister is leafa and den de end.

I heard the manga is much better abecause the other arcs are good, but i don't know myself.

Well you will have to wait till you get farther into it. I believe soon or later, probably in the 4th VR, hes gets trapped and Asuna has to save him.

Thats thing, I didn't skip any of the parts I watched them. I started watching it about 7-8 EST time. Than about around 12 or so I downloaded crunchyroll and watched the rest.
So to be more accurate I guess you could say it took me 8 to 12 hours.

I heard the manga is much better because the other arcs are good, but i don't know myself.
:/ SAO has some nice animation.......thats about it for me.

If it didn't have that not many people would watch it and it would be just like every other video game anime there is. There are better (story wise) video game manga/anime, although to be fair most video game series are really just fantasy and the difference between the real world plays such a little role its not even worth mentioning.

I like SAO but I have to admit, animation is probably the only reason I didn't drop it. Could be worse though, Guilty Crown taught me that for sure.

Guilty Crown was just pathetic, i could only find three good things about it and that was it's budget, the animation quality and the music.
Someone actually wrote a whole article on all the plotholes in Guilty Crown.
