And what about buying codes from Amazon? (Like a XBL code, which is going to be emailed to me)

yep. you just cannot receive money (regularly and lots of funds) or they will lock your account, and you will have to get it verified.

nigga its just best to get it verified.. :/
to much hassle without it personally.

Someone will pay me $150 for a software, now per now I can't get it verified...Will I be able to receive that amount and make the Amazon purchase?

Well, this is what happened from my experience. I was helping a member do a trade and one of the member's paypal was not verified. The day before he received $50 and it worked, but the next day he tried receiving $80, it didn't work at all

Verified as in with your credit card & bank account? Or as in email verification ?

Email verification activates the account, I am talking about the CC verification/bank account.

Well, it's worth a try but I think it would be better if you waited, cause Paypal would be thinking why is there like $150 transferred to some random account that is not even verified. Once verified, they can trust you basically

As long as you have enough in your balance for your purchase then you don't need to be verified.

If you make a Canadian paypal,you can send and receive money without needing it verified.
