He also tried to screw over my server, so he deserves the love.

Next time learn to secure your computer and server (eg. use a Bukkit server with PermissionsBukkit or PermissionsEx along side AntiCheat). Also, it seems that the IP is located in Germany and is still up according to MailRadar (it's responding to ping). If he managed to find your password, your computer is probably compromised and has malware on it.

You should probably scan your computer with an up to date anti-virus and also give it a scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware which can detect DarkComet and other RAT software that you might be infected with.

Finally, I don't really advocate DDOSing, SYN flooding or anything of that nature. To be honest, you're probably just as bad as the person who hacked you by doing that.
