No. You'd need access to the game's functions to do sight/bullet tracing which either requires injecting to writing into the game's memory.

This is a great hack, and since the begin undetected. So don't cry about some things like full bright, who gives a f*ck about that.
Play the game and stop crying, or make a hack by yourself..

There are other programs on this site that offer perfect quickscopes, so... I'd suggest using those instead of this, as you'll most likely be more succesful.
