    Well, I don't need it, it's just that when you decode a mono file as if it were stereo, the resultant audio is stereo but double the speed.
    I can get the right sound by cutting off the wave header and importing as raw mono data in audacity or goldwave, but if you're looking for something to fix with the tool, you could add a switch that decodes all files twice, once as if mono, once as if stereo. it would be up to the user to sort through, because unless the .sabl files have headers in them ( i don't think so) it's impossible to sort out automatically.

    Maybe this isn't clear, It's because not all of the headerless riffs in the sabl are stereo data, some are indeed mono.

    Alright, I see what you mean now. That happened because I hardcoded the channel value of 2 (stereo). I wasn't aware of mono raw data present in the SABL files as I couldn't see any obvious way of differentiating the amount of audio channels. Can you give me an example of these files so I can look into it? There might be a value inside the SABL which indeed does indicate audio channels that I may have missed. Otherwise, I could add a command line option to also dump/extract the audio as mono

    EDIT - Never mind, I've found the flag which indicates whether the audio is stereo or mono. Try this test build first and let me know if it fixes the problem.

    My Black Ops 2 multiplayer stopped working after I used this. Wtf? I'm just trying to open it and what it does it just shows the steam "Preparing to launch..." and then just nothing. No errors. No black screen. Just nothing opens. Any fixes or solutions? Please!

    It's not related to this tool, it does not write anything so you can't blame it on it. Make sure it still isn't running in the background or something. If it's not running verify the game's cache.

    Ok. It seems as when I open the multiplayer it does open but I just can't see the window. How can I fix this? Anyone?

    thanks for the update, i found some of the reload sfx, but i cant all of them. is someone nice enough to help me find them all

    Most of the weapon sounds are in the cmn_root.all.sabl, and are the ones that start with 0cXXXXXX, 0f, 0e, 0d.
    It seems they are separated in different "layers": grenade + (lots of types of) debree, 1shot + shell case + echo + distance and so on.

    OP any progress on making possible the extraction with the real names/folders ?

    I hope that people from this "branch" will do more progress on this because if I try to do it myself I will probably finish it when the next COD will come out, it's already hard for the ones that are doing this for quite some time.

    They are not in the order they appear in the SABL/SABS file and probably don't have all of them there. I believe those strings are stored in the fast files so yeah.

    Probably, I have tried to replace music before and it worked, you need to encode the FLAC in a specific way though and the music won't loop properly if it's not the right size.
