Well after talking to someone else who is having problems with his paypal turns out my paypal is now limited... I gave me a list of requirements I must meet until my paypal will be usuable again.

Wondering what's the easiest step(s) to probably complete to get my paypal up and running again?

Confirm your credit card
Proof of name and date of birth
Proof of Address
Provide Invoices
Supplier Contact Info
Provide proof of delivery
Provide more information about payments

I got a card linked with my bank atm, I'll just provide them with some Photo ID ect,

Photo ID would be a great option as you stated Basically would prove who you are immediately, so it would probably make things a lot better with you and PayPal.

Well I idk man, I was selling them AVG 2018 Codes so I just said f it and took the money, lucky for me i spent the 1000$ i got before i got limited.
