How does MPGH make Avatars Pictures and Profile Picutre High Defination ?

Can anyone tell me how to make Avatars and Profile Picutres HD like MPGH ?
Is it hack or Mod or just function ?
And what's the Width & Height of the regular member like me ?
And what's the Width & Height of the Donators or Moderators or Administrators ?

Width and Height are written in the bottom of the page of Changing ur avatar .
It is 150x150 as I remember , You could upload a bigger picture if it was below 480 KB.
Now for the HD i don't know about it , hope some1 else can help u.

It depends on what usergroup.
I only know for Donator, because i'm apart of that group.
It should be 200x250 for avatar and max 47.68mb
